Antenna arrays are used in many different systems, including radar, military and wireless communications. The design of the antenna array has a significant impact on how well communication system performs. large number pieces sidelobe levels provide biggest hurdles for such arrays. have recently been heavily thinned using optimization approaches that take advantage evolutionary algorithms order to lower power consumption enhance radiation pattern by lowering levels. A global optimum this kind algorithm is not guaranteed, though, because stochastic nature resolution techniques. This work characterizes optimal synthesis linear Improved Particle Swarm Optimization (IPSO) algorithm. main aim obtain low Side Lobe Level (SLL) avoids interference narrow beam width acquiring high directivity solution established action swarm adopts fitness function. To achieve these targets, we analyze excitation amplitude inter-element spacing array. In article, presented obtained two types distributions both uniformly spaced non-uniformly first case distribution, namely, non-uniform distribution amplitude, three values as optimized sizes. second case, thinning (optimized) presented.
